August 10: How difficult is it to trust Jesus sometimes?
Sometimes our eyes deceive us. What we see is a problem. But when we close our eyes to pray—it blocks out the problem and helps us to focus on God and to where our trust is.
Very—but that is from my shortcomings, not His care and protection.
I trust in Jesus all the time because if it wasn’t for Him, who woke me up this morning?
All of life is a walk of faith!
Sometimes pretty hard and sometimes hard to be sure that’s what He really wants.
Sometimes, when you are just not sure (like the Noah’s Ark story) it’s hard. When it’s something you’re not familiar with, it might be hard.
Hard to give up control.
Not very difficult ever.
Not too—He did not promise easy times during our earthly life but afterward-
If you’ve lived long enough and had enough experience it’s not difficult.
August 17: How easy is it for you to include newcomers into your church groups?
Very. We just have to make them as comfortable as possible.
Very-I love to see the visitors and also new members-Pray that we can see more newcomers in the future.
When you look at new people as new added body parts to the Body of Christ it is exciting to watch them grow and contribute.
Being a circle member is certainly an asset.
Easy
Some are easier to assimilate than others. Our lesson was n James 2 and we were all guilty.
It truly is a blessing from God!
Very easy. We encourage men and women to sign on to a committee, be it hospitality of another committee and we always invite the women to visit our circle, Bunnie Mae Pugh, or other circle.
This is a very friendly, accepting church; hence, we include them quite easily.
