God Bless You, Mary Kathryn Kirkpatrick

We rejoice with Mary Kathryn Kirkpatrick who came forward Sunday morning to surrender her life to full-time Christian Ministry.  Mary Kathryn has been working now as Pastoral Assistant for Family Ministries since Dec. 1, and has already been a significant influence in the life of the church.

She will share with us her sense of calling, personally, in the near future.   Her heart felt a true need to express what God has been leading her towards for several years now.  We are grateful when people listen to and respond to God’s calling.

We pray God's richest blessings on her as she seeks to serve Him in whatever way He calls.

Pastoral Assistant for Family Ministries

Welcome Mary Kathryn Kirkpatrick as our new full-time staff person.   Most of you know Mary Kathryn, but might not have known that she was talking with our hard-working and patient Search Committee.   She will focus on Children’s Ministries, the Parents of our Children, and in general add great assistance to Pastor Rusty in the activities of the church.   We know she is smart and a great people person and we believe her considerable talents will help our church in so many ways.

Mary Kathryn graduated from Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis, received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Management from Purdue.   She has worked in investments and financial services for over twenty years.   Most recently she has worked for Merrill Lynch and Bancorp South.

She enjoys music (especially singing), reading, welding, knitting and helping people.   She is actively involved in our community.

She is excited about a chance to serve God in a more full-time manner.   She and her husband Scott have been actively involved in our church family for several years now.  Her parents are Ben & Margaret Agnor.   Give her your support and prayers.   May God bless her and our church as we serve God together!
