9:30 am - Kerygma Class - Begins a new study of the Book of Revelation.  This is a book that a lot of Christians have questions about.  This class is inviting others to join them.   This will be the second week, and it is not too late to begin.

9:50 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. - Seminar Class Notice

Those of us who were present last Sunday agreed that we will not meet again until August 6, the first Sunday in August. By then most of us will have had our travels behind us. At that time we will continue (or begin again) the DVD series on Biblical Israel. Perhaps there will be others who would like to join our class as we begin this new study. Invite them. I think it’s going to be a good one.

The class room will be available (as far as I am aware) on these vacation Sundays should any of you care to have your own private study time!

9:50 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. - Sunday School  - (Classes for all ages)

We could use some adult helpers in this class for the next four weeks as teacher, Nancy Heath recovers from surgery and will not be able to lead them.   Pastor Rusty will be there to help tomorrow. Craft help, music help, and just someone to care for those who come would be helpful.
9:50 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. - LIFE for children

11:00 a.m. - Noon - Traditional Worship -
This worship style has reached many people for years.   Make sure your friends and family know about this great opportunity.

Dear Friends of the Church,

Last Tuesday at the session meeting, I shared an anonymous member's need for some financial help.   Years ago, the session gave me the right to let you know when we can help some of our folks in the church, and if I see fit, to do it anonymously.   I hope you will trust me that I will not make an appeal unless I cannot see any option at the time.

So, I am aware of an urgent need for financial assistance.   If you can help, please bring your gift in cash to the church as soon as you can.

Due to more strict IRS rules, it is very difficult to write checks and run them through the church accounts in these cases anymore.   Thus, this is a love offering and not a contribution to the church that is then passed on to the recipient.

If you are not able to give at this time, please say a prayer for this need.   I know it triggers our curiosity, but please remember that this need can be embarrassing to express and so discretion is often the kindest way.   Let us be generous if we can.
